Put dynamic fields depending on your API inside one of your questions

Add

{{URL_API_TO_CALL}}

in the question where you want to see your dynamic field appear

The API call will be made with your URL and those parameters:

{ respondantID : "respondantID" }

The API should return a simple value. Ex:
